I have since run a sfc, but this came back with "Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations. I did however find a couple roundabout solutions. Can you help us improve? It always says 'you can't download this app using a mobile broadband or a metered internet connection. In order to install a purchased app on a different Windows PC, you need to open the Windows Store app.

Just click on Start and click on the Store tile. Now you will see a list of apps that you purchased or previously installed, broken up into categories like Apps and Games. Now you can install your purchased apps on up to ten PCs for free.

At that point, you have to do some odd things like create another Microsoft account and then purchase the app again. You can then install it onto another 10 PCs using the new Microsoft account. Go to Windows Search. Search for Troubleshoot and open it. Scroll down the list until you see Windows Store Apps. Select it and then click on Run the troubleshooter.

Follow the instruction below to sign out of Windows Store. Open Microsoft Store. At upper right corner of the window, click on your portrait. Select your account. Click Sign out.
